Can we book online?


Unfortunately not. We do accept enquiries through the email address or enquiry form on the contact page, however, we prefer to do all bookings over the telephone.


Do you accept one night stays?


One night stays are welcome. However, for busier periods, such as during the illuminations or school holidays one night availability is very limited. In these instances it is best to book early to avoid disappointment.


Do you accept stag or hen parties?


No. We accept bookings from families or couples only. There are plenty of hotels that specialise in stag or hen parties and tey would suit your party better.



Do your rooms have bathrooms?


Yes. All of our rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers.


Do you have any smoking rooms?


No. The hotel is entirely no smoking.


Car Parking

Do you have a car park?


Yes. unlike most hotels in Blackpool we have 10 car parking spaces directly in front of the hotel.


In that case can you guarantee me a space?


No. we have 10 spaces and 14 bedrooms. However, we usually find a good proportion of our guests don't come in a car and we are able to provide parking for most people.


Is there a charge for parking at your hotel?


No. The car park is provided free of charge for guests of the hotel.


Is car park secure?


No. The car park is not a secure compund and the hotel accept no liability to loss or damage to any property. However, in the 21 years we have run the hotel we have not had any problems with any cars parked on our car park.



Where in Blackpool are you?


We are located on Blackpool's North Promenade, which is one of the best spots to stay in the town. There is a map of our exact wherabouts on the contact page.


How far from the shops and bars are you?


The main shopping area is only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.


Are you close to Blackpool's attractions?


The Blackpool Tower, North Pier and Golden Mile are only a 15 minute walk away. Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle are at the opposite end of the promenade and we would recommend a tram to get there which will take roughly 10 - 15 mins. Blackpool's best attraction, the Illuminations runs right past our front door.



What time is breakfast?


Breakfast is served at 9.00am in the dining room.


Do you do room service?




Can we have evening meal?


Yes. Evening meal is available and is served at 5pm in the dining room. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to dine with us.


I have an allergy or dietary requirement. Would this be a problem for you?


Yes. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan diets, dairy free diets, gluten free and diabetics with advance notice. We can't cater for anyone with life threatening food allergies.



Do you have disabled access?


Unfortunately not. The hotel is accessed by 7 stpes at the front and we have no ground floor rooms. Unfortunately we also do not have a lift and all of our bedrooms are reached by a minimum of 15 steps. Do we have to be back in the hotel by a certain time at night?


No. All guests are given a key to the front door and you are free to come and go as you please.


Do you accept credit cards?


Yes. we accept all major credit/debit cards.


Do you accept pets?


No. we do not accept pets with the exception of guide dogs.
